教育现代化推动了教育规模与质量的提升,在推动国家进步的同时也产生了相应的问题,为此,平衡教育质量与提升学生综合素质便成为高等教育必然要考虑的问题。客观来说,学生的目标规划意识在相当程度上成为影响教育进步与学生成长的关键。目前很多大学新生存在目标规划缺失与定位不明确的情形,这既与社会缺乏必要的环境与氛围有关,也与学校缺乏必要的指导与培养,个人缺乏必要的意识与规划密切关联。为此,可通过制度上更新教育理念及组织架构体系;管理上加强思想与实践教育的平衡与引导;评估上建立动态的多元反馈机制与监督落实举措等方式促进学生目标规划教育的建设,通过目标导向的职业生涯规划教育为学生培养质量的提高与高等教育的发展做工作。

The education modernization promotes the improvement of education scale and quality. It also has the corresponding problems in promoting the progress of the country. Therefore,it is necessary to balance the education quality and improve the students' comprehensive quality. Objectively speaking,the students' goal programming consciousness is the key to influence the education progress and the growth of students. At present,there are many college freshmen in the situation of lack of goal planning and positioning,which is related to the lack of the necessary environment and atmosphere,the lack of necessary guidance and training school,and personal lack of necessary awareness and planning. In the end,we should update our educational ideas and organizational structure,strengthen the balance and guidance of ideological and practical education,and evaluate the dynamic multiple feedback mechanism and supervision and implement measures to promote the construction of students' goal planning education.
