论京津冀大都市区城际间行政协调机制的创新

Innovation of Administrative Coordination Mechanism of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region

随着全球化扩展,国家之间、地区之间竞争开始集中体现为大都市区域竞争,大都市治理逐渐成为理论与实践的热点问题。通过对京津冀大都市区中北京与周边城市如天津、廊坊、张家口、承德等行政协调机制的研究,借鉴国内外区域公共治理的成功经验,以加强北京市与周边城市行政协调、交通设施、区域资源保护一体化建设为重心,力求提出一套融国际经验和地方特色为一体的、适合京津冀大都市区治理的模式,为其发展提供参考。

With the development of globalization , competition between countries and regions concentrate on the metropolitan regional competition.The metropolitan governance has gradually become the focus of theory and practice .Therefore, this thesis makes the study of the administrative coordination mechanism among Beijing and Tianjin、Langfang、Zhangjiakou and Chengde , and learns from the suc-cessful experience of International Regional Public Governance .This thesis is striving at the gravity of strengthening the integration of administration、traffic facilities construction and region resources protection among Beijing and the surrounding city to put forward a mode of regional public governance which gathers international experience and local characteristics for Beijing -Tianjin-Hebei metro-politan region , and provides a reference for the practice of Beijing -Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan regional public governance .
