农产品质量安全视域下农民职业道德与农产品监管的契合研究——基于海南省S市农产品质量安全调查

Farmer Occupation Moral and Agricultural Products Supervision from Perspective of Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products——Based on Survey of Agricultural Products in S City Hainan

农产品质量安全问题的出现反映了政府对农产品监管的不力。但是,在农产品的生产过程、质量鉴定、问题追责等方面,政府都不能面面俱到。因此,要立足于对农民职业道德的深挖细掘,发现农产品质量安全问题中的农民职业道德问题,找到农民职业道德与政府对农产品监管的契合点,从而为农产品监管渠道的拓展与农产品质量安全问题的解决提供有力参考,以达到安全农产品供应的目标。

The emergence of the quality safety problems of agricultural products reflects ineffective government supervision to agricultural products. However,in the agricultural production process: quality identification,the problem of accountability and other aspects,the government can not be exhaustive. Therefore,we should base on the deep research on the farmer occupation moral to find the farmers' ethical issues in the quality and safety of agricultural products and find the meeting point of the farmers' professional moral with the government supervision,thereby provide a powerful reference for expand the agricultural products supervision channels and solve the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products,in order to achieve the goal of safe agricultural products supply.
