校园心理剧的思想政治教育功能研究

Function Study of Ideological and Political Education in Campus Psychodrama

校园心理剧的理论基础引导大学生在群体活动中团结协作,帮助大学生在社交活动中实现自我需要,促进大学生实现自我的全面发展。作为思想政治教育的有效载体,校园心理剧是一种隐性的思想政治教育模式。同时,思想政治教育又为校园心理剧的健康发展提供重要保证。校园心理剧具有非常丰富的思想政治教育功能,包括价值导向功能、素质拓展功能、精神激励功能和个性塑造功能。为了充分发挥校园心理剧的思想政治教育功能,高校应构建校园心理剧发展的组织、制度和资金的三方保障维度,完善校园心理剧发展的课程体系,挖掘典型案例进行剧本创作并加强与思想政治教育的结合。

The basis theories of campus psychodrama guide college students to cooperate with each other in group activities,help college students to get self-realization in social activities and promote the all-round development of college students. As the effective carrier of ideological and political education,campus psychodrama is a kind of recessive ideological and political education mode. At the same time,the ideological and political education provides guarantee for the correct development of campus psychodrama. Campus psychodrama has been proved to own a very rich ideological and political education function,including the value guidance function,diathesis developing features,spirit incentive function and personality shaping functions. In order to fully achieve the ideological and political education function of campus psychodrama,colleges should construct the trilateral security dimension of campus psychodrama development organization,system and funds,improve the development of campus psychodrama curriculum system,and write the typical case of play and strengthen combination of ideological and political education.
