精英是一个历史性概念,在社会发展的进程中不断演变,蕴藏于各行各业中,推动着社会的进步与发展。大众化阶段精英教育是一种人才培养的模式,是精英理念的传递,是精英意识的唤醒,是精英人格的塑造,是精英才能的培养。大学是精英教育的主体,学术精英产生于大学。改进学术精英教育要重塑通识教育理念,强化大学的教化功能;尊重学生主体地位,改革教学管理体制;遵循学术研究机理,优化学术精英成长环境。

Elite is a historical concept which is continuously changing in the process of social development.The elite are hidden in all walks of life and promote the social progress and development.The elite education in the popularization stage is a talent training mode,it is the transmission of elite concept,the awakening of elite concept,the shaping of elite personalities,and the cultivation of elite abilities.Universities are the main body of elite education and the academic elite come from universities.In order to improve the academic elite education,we should remodel our educational concept,strengthen the educational function of universities,respect the main body status of students,reform the teaching management system,follow the academic research mechanism,and optimize the growth environment of the academic elite.
