养生气功对体适能与健康促进作用研究
摘要
本研究采用文献资料法,探讨养生气功对提高体适能水平、促进健康的作用以及在代替体力活动中的作用。研究认为,当今社会慢性病的发生风险显著增高导致死亡率提高与体适能水平低下,缺少体力活动有着密不可分的关系。
