小青龙汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效观察

Effective Observation on Xiao Qinglong Decoction Transfermation Treating Acute Attack of Chronic Bronchitis

为了观察小青龙汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效 ,设中药治疗组 118例、西药对照组 5 9例。结果 :两组 3天治愈率分别为 30 %、8% ;7天治愈率分别为 87%、4 0 6 % ,P <0 0 5。临床治愈率治疗组优于对照组。

To observe the curative effect of Xiao Qinglong Decoction transfermation in treating acute attack of chronic bronchitis.We set the Chinese drugs of therapeutic group of 118 cases and the western drugs of control group of 59 cases.Results:The cure rate of the therapeutic group and the control group was 30% and 8% of 3 days,87% and 40 6% of 7 days,P<0 05.So the cure rate of the therapeutic group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Xiao Qinglong Decoction transfermation treating the cute attack of chronic bronchitis had the better curative effect.
