摘要
本文针对普通车床加工长轴工件时产生的切削颤振问题,根据理论分析与试验结果,提出尾架系统是“主轴—工件—尾架”系统中的薄弱环节,是影响切削稳定性的重要因素之一。并运用有限元理论对普通车床尾架体进行了刚度分析,对目前使用的不合理结构提出了改进措施。
The paper is. presented mainly on the cutting and chattering problem of Lathe when it cuts the slender workpiece. On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental results, it is pointed out, in the paper, that the tailstock system is the weakest link in the whole "Headstockworkpiece-tailstock" system and one of the key factors that influences the cutting stability. Based on the stiff analysis of lathe's tailstock by the theory of finite element, the measure has been put forward to improve the unreasonable structure used at present.
