摘要
借鉴德国和日本的足球发展经验,以体制协同、布局协同和资源协同为框架,构建了我国青训发展集成保障平台,并设定了条件配置和目标任务。提出了以下改进对策:坚持制度自信,发挥举国体制优势;对标国外先进水平,创新机制改革;协同保障,督导评估。
Based on the experience of football development in Germany and Japan,with the framework of system coordination,layout coordination and resource coordination,an integrated support platform for youth training development in China is constructed,and the conditional allocation and target tasks are set up.The paper proposes to adhere to the institutional self-confidence,give full play to the advantages of the national system,reform the advanced level of foreign countries,reform the innovation mechanism,conduct cooperation,supervise and evaluate.
