养老已经成为我国现阶段一个热议话题,养老地产是整个养老体系中的一个组成部分,养老地产是解决互助型以及自助型老年人养老的主要方式,今后必将成为一个重要的发展方向。优质的景观设计是地产项目销售的主要加分点,不同于传统意义的地产项目,养老地产的景观应更注重老年人的使用感受。文章通过分析老年人的需求,提出养老地产景观设计的原则以及适老特色。

Retirement has become a hot topic in China at present. Pension real estate is part of the whole pension system. Pension Real Estate is the main way to solve mutual aid and self-catering type of the Aged, which would become an important direction in the future development. The quality of landscape is the main plus points of the property sales.Unlike traditional real estate projects, the landscape of pension real estate should pay more attention to the use of the elderly. By analyzing the needs of the elderly, the article proposes principles of landscape design and features for the elderly.
