Discussion of Isolation and Purification of Chloroplasts and Teaching Methods for Observing Experiments

叶绿体的分离、纯化及观察实验是细胞生物学实验课程中的基础性、验证性实验。在以往教学中存在着不注重学生思考、不注重实验过程及实验报告的写作等问题,通过采用课前预习、课堂导入及学生自己讲解、编写实验报告等新的教学方法,使得学生更爱思考,更爱提问,更会解决问题,进一步实现了实践育人的教学目的。

Shortcomings in the teaching process previously are analyzed and several improvement methods are proposed combining the isolation and purification of chloroplasts and experimental observation. This paper is to improve the teaching qualities of Cell biology experiments and to cultivate the abilities of practicing, analyzing and tackling problems among students.
