高校实践育人的现状与路径构建

The Status of College Practice Education and the Path Construction to It

实践育人作为一种全新的教育模式,是融学校、社会以及学生自我教育于一体的综合性教育过程,是当代大学生综合素质教育的重要组成部分。但是,由于各种原因,目前实践育人活动的实效性并不高,制约着高校实践育人活动的深化拓展。文章通过研析高校实践育人中存在的问题,提出具有可操作性的新举措、新思路,对于深化高校综合改革,推动我国高校的育人水平,提升学生的综合素质与实际动手能力等方面具有十分重要的意义。

The practice education as a new mode of education, which integrates self education, social and schools in one process, is an important part of comprehensive quality education of contemporary college students. However, due to various reasons, the effectiveness of education practice activities is not high, which restricts the expansion and deepening of educational practice activities in Colleges and universities. Through the research and analysis of the problems existing in the practice of educating people,the author has put forward the new initiatives and new ideas. It will be of important significance in deepening the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities, promoting education level in Colleges and universities of our country,, improving students' comprehensive quality and practical ability.
