胃萎康合剂对萎缩性胃炎PGE_2 SS水平及MOT浓度的影响

Effect of Weiweikang Mixtrue on PGE_2,SS and MOT in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的 :旨在从实验研究方面探讨胃萎康合剂对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机理。方法 :取清洁级健康Wistar大鼠 80只 ,随机分为 4组 ,即空白组、模型组、治疗组、对照组 ,其中除空白组外均采用甲基硝基亚硝基胍(MNNG)造成慢性萎缩性胃炎模型 ,同时给予相应的药物治疗 6 0天。结果 :表明胃萎康合剂组胃粘膜镜下观察其组织学改变较模型组明显减轻 ,与正常组肉眼差别不大 ;造模组大鼠胃粘膜PGE2 、SS水平显著降低 ,MOT水平升高。胃萎康合剂可使慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃粘膜PGE2 、SS水平明显升高 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,可使MOT有所降低 ,但无显著差异。结论

Objective:To probe into the mechanism of action with Weiweikang mixture on chronic atrophic gastritis in test mouse.Methods:80 male and female Wistar mice weighing 120～150g which were divided into 4 groups randomly:blank group,model group,treatment group and control group.They were all made into chronic atrophic gastritis with MNNG except the blank group.At the same time,they were all treated by corresponding drugs for 60 days.Results:The PGE 2 and SS of endogastrium in the model group were obviously descended (P<0 05) and the MOT were ascended.Weiweikang mixture could obviously ascended the PEG 2 and SS of endogastrium(P<0 05),and also descended the MOT but no signifficant(P>0 05).Conclusion:Weiweikang mixture could protect and repair the endogastrium by adjusting the hormone of gastrointestinal tract probably.
