我国休闲体育产业管理优化路径研究——来自美国的启示

采用文献资料查阅、专家访谈、比较等研究方法,对中美两国休闲体育产业管理的异同、优缺点进行比较分析。研究结果得出:我国休闲体育产业管理以政府管理为主,政府采用行政方式对休闲体育产业进行全面管理,美国休闲体育产业管理以社会管理为主,由各种协会或组织行使管理职能,政府较少介入和干预。论述了政府和行业协会在休闲体育产业管理中的职能与定位,对我国休闲体育产业管理体制进行了优化与创新,以期为相关部门制定决策提供参考。

Used the approach of literature review, expert interviews, comparative research methods, comparative analysis the similarities and differences, advantages and disadvantages of leisure sports industry management between China and the United States.The results as followed: our country's leisure sports industry management is given priority to government management, the government used a administrative way to conduct a comprehensive management, the leisure sports industry management is given priority to with social management in the United States, all sorts of associations and organizations running a management function, have a less government's intervention and intervention. Meanwhile, discusses the management functions and positioning of government and industry associations in the leisure sports industry, and optimize and innovate the management system of leisure sports industry in China, expect to provide reference for relevant department's make decisions.
