跑台运动对去卵巢应激大鼠抑郁样行为学的影响及分子机制

Effect of Treadmill Exercise on Depression-like Behavior in Ovariectomized Rats and Its Molecular Mechanism

摘要 [目的]探讨跑台运动对围绝经期抑郁模型大鼠抑郁行为、学习记忆能力的影响。[方法]采用卵巢摘除术,建立大鼠围绝经期抑郁模型,观察跑台运动对大鼠行为影响,测试大脑相关核团单胺类神经递质的含量及BDNF的变化。[结果]跑台运动影响大鼠行为、学习记忆能力,该影响与血清皮质醇及大脑以上单胺类神经递质含量、脑源性神经营养因子BDNF变化有关。[结论]跑台运动对去卵巢应激大鼠抑郁样行为学改观较为明显,可以为锻炼作为抗抑郁的有效的非特异性手段提供理论依据。
