摘要
以弃风小时电量为基础,提出各种风力发电总和、弃风电量总和以及弃风率和弃风电量占比模型,分析重要季节、重要时间段弃风率和弃风电量占比,为有针对性消纳弃风电量提供定量技术支撑。运行实例表明,北方地区冬季供暖期弃风电量最大,占到总弃风电量的90%,全天低谷弃风电量占总弃风电量的60%。
Based on the wind hour capacity,this paper proposes various models of total wind power generation,total abandonment of wind power,abandoned wind rate and abandoned wind power.This paper analyzes the wind abandoning rate and wind abandoning ratio in important seasons and important time perioded,providing quantitative technical support for targeted consumption of abandoned wind power.The operation example showed that the northern district has the largest disposable wind energy in the heating period in winter,accounting for 90%of the total disposable wind power,and the whole day low and abandoned wind accounts for 60%of the total disposable electricity.
