气固两相对翼型层流分离及转捩的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究气固两相对翼型表面层流分离及转捩的影响,首先基于Transition SST模型,对平板和S809翼型的转捩特性进行数值模拟,并将模拟结果与实验值进行对比分析,验证Transition SST模型模拟边界层转捩的优越性。然后在清洁空气和含不同粒径颗粒的气固两相流中,对风力机专用翼型DU93-W-212进行数值模拟,对比分析间歇因子和摩阻系数,结果表明:当颗粒直径小于150μm时,颗粒的加入使得翼型边界层层流分离和转捩均提前发生,且颗粒直径越小,提前位置越多;当颗粒直径大于等于150μm时,层流分离和转捩的位置几乎与清洁空气下一致。 In order to study the influence of gas-solid two phase on airfoil laminar separation and transition,the transition performance simulations of flat-plate and S809 airfoil were firstly performed with Transition SST model,and the simulation results were compared with the experimental results,verified the advantages of the Transition SST to simulate boundary layer transition.Then the simulation on the special airfoil of DU93-W-212 was performed under the conditions of clear air and gas-solid two phase flow with different size particles.According to comparing and analyzing the intermittency factor and the friction cofficient,it found when the particles diameter is smaller than 150μm,the airfoil laminar separation and transition are advanced due to the addition of particles,and the smaller the particle diameter,the more position in advance.When the particles diameter is bigger than or equal to150μm,the positions of airfoil laminar separation and transition are almost identical to that of clear air.
