摘要
对低流速海流能发电技术经行预研究,在研究的基础上试制一台直径2.2 m的海流能样机,并在舟山海域完成海试。海试结果表明,样机达到在流速1 m/s时输出500 W额定功率的设计目标。通过此次样机试验,发现低流速条件下海流能发电技术遇到的新问题,也可为未来进一步深入的研究积累经验。
The major part of China’s territorial waters has an annual mean current speed below 1 m/s,meanwhile the islands and oceanographic instrumentation in this area have an existing demand for power supply,thus it is necessary to study on the technologies of marine current energy in low current speed condition,to meet the power demand by local energy sources.This paper is a pilot study of marine current energy in low current speed condition,a prototype with a diameter of 2.2 m is designed and manufactured based on theoretical study,and subsequently sea test is carried out in Zhoushan area,Zhejiang,China.The sea test indicates that this prototype outputs 500 W rated power with a rated current speed of 1 m/s as designed.Based on this sea test,the authors find new technical problems of marine current energy in low current speed condition,and some experiences are gathered for further study.
