摘要
目的 探讨葛根素对 2型糖尿病 (DM)并发早期糖尿病肾病 (DN)的影响及机制。方法 将 6 0例伴早期DN的DM患者随机分为常规治疗组 (RTG)和葛根素治疗组 (PTG) ,进行治疗观察。治疗前、后检测尿微量白蛋白(UAER)、空腹血糖 (FBG)、糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c)、甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、内皮素 1(ET 1)及一氧化氮 (NO)水平。结果 葛根素可显著减少DN患者的尿白蛋白 ,降低血TG、TC、MDA、ET 1及NO的水平 ,提高HDL C、SOD水平。结论 葛根素对早期DN具有治疗作用 ,机制与其改善脂质代谢紊乱、保护抗氧化酶活性、抑制ET
Objective To investigate the effects of puerarin on early diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Sixty cases of type 2 diabetic patients with DN were randomly divided into routine treatment group (RTG) and puerarin treatment group (PTG).Urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), free blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA 1c) were measured. The levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol, high desity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), super oxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), endthelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) in plasma were also measured. Results The levels of TG, TC, MDA, ET and NO in plasma, and the levels of UAER were significantly decreased in PTG. The levels of HDL-C and SOD in plasma were significantly increased. Conclusion Puerarin can improve lipid metabolism, protect antioxidant enzymes, and inhibit the production of ET-1 and NO, which may be the mechanism of protecting effects on early DN.
