摘要
以运动技能达成度的解读为中心,在将体育课程教学操作层面的运动技能目标解构为"内容的规定+达成度的规定"的基础上,通过比照义务教育与非义务教育的异同,就义务教育阶段体育课程目标不应该以统一的达成度为评价基准,而应该以个体内差异评价取而代之的观点展开论证。
Centered on understanding of sports skills accomplishment degree ,goals of sports skills in operational level of physical ed‐ucation curriculum teaching should contain contents and accomplishment degrees .Physical education curriculum goals in compulsory education should be evaluated by individual difference instead of absolute standard .
