近些年,社区体育运动开展经常出现权利冲突现象,尤其是广场舞运动,缺乏有效的规制与管控,居民安居权利与体育权利多有龃龉,通过分析权利冲突的表现,解释权利冲突的原因,进而提出冲突调整路径。实现政府力量和社会力量的统筹利用,从实践社区自治、优化社区公共资源配置、畅通制度救济渠道等方面实现利益的动态平衡。

In recent years ,right disputes frequently happen in community sports events and actives .Especially the square dance , lacks effective regulation and control ,there exist disputes between neighboring rights and sports rights ,The solutions on such issues should be based on analyzing the conflict of right .The government’s power and the society’s power should be used as a whole so as to strike a balance from the practice of community autonomy ,community dynamic balance optimization of allocation of public re‐sources and the smooth relief channels .
