转变竞技体育发展方式的路径研究——以包容性增长为分析视角

Research on Transformation Path of Competitive Sports Development Mode——From Perspective of Inclusive Growth

分析包容性增长的内涵,探讨以包容性增长推进竞技体育发展方式转变的实施路径。研究认为,在转变发展方式的竞技体育攻坚改革中,包容性增长具有理论标尺和导向作用,提供确立了高度整合性的价值取向和有效整合机制,为改革营造了一个较为宽松的外部环境。以包容性增长为指导推进竞技体育发展方式的转变,必须坚持用"以人为本"的理念矫正工具主义价值理念,跳出"增长主义"发展观念的局限;创新体制机制,以公平参与、共享成果为基础搭建多元主体融合共生的发展格局;注重竞技体育项目、区域、人才等结构的调整优化。

Through the analysis of connotation of inclusive growth ,this paper discusses the inclusive growth to promote the imple‐mentation of the change of the pattern of competitive sports development path .The research shows that in the crucial transformation of the mode of development of competitive sports reform ,inclusive growth ,as a theory scale ,played a guiding role ,established the value orientation of highly integrated and effective integration mechanism and built a looser external environment for the reform .The transformation of the development mode of competitive sports must adhere to people-oriented instead of instrumentalism value con‐ception ,jump out of the limitation of “grow th” development ideas ,innnovate systems and mechanisms ,build multiple subject inte‐gration symbiotic development pattern on the basis of equal participation and sharing achievement ,and pay attention to the structure of sports projects ,sports areas and sports talents ,etc .
