青奥会“场馆化”竞赛管理模式在“一馆多项”场馆群中的运行效果探析

An Empirical Research on Venue Operation Effects in the Multi-Sports Venues of Nanjing Youth Olympic Games

在我国更频繁地承办国际大赛的今天,加强对"场馆化"赛事组织模式研究,对提高我国大型国际赛事的组织管理能力,推进综合赛事运行的国际化接轨进程具有很大的现实意义。本文以南京青奥会奥体中心场馆团队的赛事运行管理为实证研究对象,采用文献资料法和调查问卷法相结合的研究方法,阐释了场馆化竞赛管理模式的起源、概念和内涵,分析了场馆运行模式以"一个指挥体系和两项管理制度"为基本特点的矩阵式网状管理结构以及奥体中心"一馆多项"场馆群的运行特殊性。针对奥体中心场馆团队的问卷调查的结果显示:根据通用政策形成的奥体中心场馆团队竞赛管理体系,在总体上能够正常推进场馆运行的同时,也存在着与奥体中心场馆团队具体情况不相适应的地方。

Strengthened researches on venue operations in competition management are of practical significance in improving the management level of large-scale sports events hosted by China.With the operation of Nanjing Olympic Sports Center(NOSC)venue teams in Nanjing Youth Olympic Games as an empirical study case,and with the methods of documentation and questionnaire survey,this research analyzed the reticular management structure shown as'one command hierarchy and two management systems'for venue operations in Nanjing Youth Olympic Games,after the description of origin,concept and connotation of the venue operation mode.Based on the special features of multi-sports venues at NOSC,aquestionnaire survey was made on the staff of the venue teams.Results showed that,although the competition management system in accordance with common polices was generally helpful to the venue operation,there exists some problems which didn't adapt to special conditions of NOSC venues.Related suggestions were made aiming to improve the future management of large-scale sports events in China.
