An Analysis of a Sound Development of Sports Industry in China from the Legal Perspective

随着国民经济快速增长,我国的体育产业亦不断壮大发展。但由于我国的市场体系建设还处于完善过程中,体育产业在发展过程中也同时伴随着一系列的经济活动和法律关系产生。为了更好地发挥市场"这只看不见的大手"的资源配置作用,必须从进一步加强法治建设的角度,制定和完善符合社会主义市场经济体制规则的体育产业相关法律法规体系。

As the national economy is growing rapidly in China,China's sports industry is also growing and expanding in a rapid pace.However,a number of economic activities and legal relations exist with the development of the sports industry,because the market system is still under construction and not perfect.In order to make the market function in a more effective way to optimize the allocation of resources,relevant legal systems in the sports industry must be built up and improved from the perspective of enhancing the law construction in China in accordance with the rules of the socialist market economic system in China.
