摘要
以垂直螺旋输送机为研究对象,通过EDEM离散元软件建立垂直螺旋输送机物料输送的动态过程,对螺旋叶片磨损进行了数值模拟分析。通过Relative Wear磨损模块标记了叶片磨损最易发生的部位。然后,选取叶片不同的区域位置作为磨损值的采样区域,通过分析不同区域的平均磨损深度值,得出了叶片的磨损规律。通过磨损叶片法向累积接触力和切向累积接触力的比较,分析了螺旋叶片的磨损机理。
Taking the vertical screw conveyor as the research object, the dynamic process of material conveying of vertical screw conveyor is established by EDEM discrete element software, and the numerical simulation of spiral blade wear is carried out. The most wearable parts of the blade wear are marked by the Relative Wear wear module. Then, the different regions of the blade are selected as the sampling region of the wear value. By analyzing the average wear depth values of different regions, the wear law of the blade is obtained. The wear mechanism of the spiral blade is analyzed by comparing the cumulative contact force and the tangential cumulative contact force of the wear blade.
