看着北京奥组委的楼层分布图,就不难发现体育部在其中的特殊位置。一般来说,奥组委规模庞大,部门众多,每一层楼都是两个部门共处,而体育部却是为数不多的能够独享一个楼层的部门,整个第九层都是体育部的办公区域。的确,从奥组委成立以来,体育部就是最为繁忙的部门之一。
Sports Department is one of the 22 functional departments of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG).It is responsible for the organization of all sports competitions of the Beijing Olympic Games and the Beijing Paralympics.
