Olympic volunteers have come to play a central role in the organization of the Olympic Games and in embodying the ideals of the Olympic Movement.The involvement of volunteers in the Olympic Games has increased and diversified with the development of the Games themselves.As sports have been added to the Olympic program and more athletes,officials, journalists and,in particular,spectators have participated in the Games,so the need for volunteers has increased.
