I believe China will take advantage of home soil to have a best ever Olympic performance in 2008.However,the greatest legacy of the Beijing Games will be a largely intangible one-its human and cultural legacy.The changes that occur will not be those forced upon China by others,but will be those that China voluntarily seeks out so that it may play a key role in the global society of the 21st century.
