在中国众多的外籍教练中,韩国籍教练金昶伯执掌女子曲棍球队已经有7个年头。而聘请金昶伯的手曲棒垒球运动管理中心,外籍主教练的比重也堪称国家体育总局之最。目前,该中心备战奥运会所属6支国家队中,有4支由外籍教练执教。
