盐酸环丙沙星片剂体外溶出度的比较

采用紫外分光光度法测定了盐酸环丙沙星片剂溶出度。结果显示 ,4个厂家的盐酸环丙沙星片剂均符合中国药典2 0 0 0年版标准 ,30分钟溶出 80 %以上。

To determine the dissolution of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tablets from 4 demestic plants .The dissolution were acquired according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2000) with UV spectrophotometry in vitro .RESULTS The results indi cated that all the samples were dissolved in 30 minutes and dissolution rate were over 80%.It is necessary to control the dissolution of cirprofloxacin hydrochloride tablets .
