放线共生放线杆菌表面相关物质促进骨吸收的动物实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察放线共生放线杆菌表面相关物质在骨吸收破坏中的作用。方法 :用成年健康犬的C8、C7、C6、D6、D7、D8,去髓后将含 5 0 0mg/mL的放线共生放线杆菌表面相关物质溶解物过滤除菌后的无菌生理盐水注入根管中 ,对照组加入等量无菌生理盐水 ,术后 1个月后观察。结果 :实验组可见犬牙槽骨尖周骨质吸收 ,牙周膜纤维排列受到破坏 ,对照组无明显改变 ,两组均未见到细菌污染。结论 :此物质有极强的骨吸收诱导活性 ,在细菌未到达组织时其可溶性对尖周组织产生连续的毒性作用。 AIM:To investigate the role of SAMs of Actinobacillus actionmycetemcomitans(A.a) in alveolar bone resorption of dogs.METHODS:The experimental root canals of healthy adult dogs were irrigated with 500 mg/mL SAMs of A.a after filtration sterilization,and the same was done with equivalent steriled saline in control group.RESULTS:The contamination did not occur in root canals of both groups.The alveolar bone resorption was found in experiment group with the destruction of periodontal ligament fibers array in 1 month postoperation,while it was insignificant in control group.CONCLUSION:SAMs of A.a can produce toxic effect on periodontal tissues before the bacteria reaching them.
