摘要
目的 :了解牙周炎患者血小板的功能状态。方法 :选择 32例中到重度成人牙周炎患者 ,于清晨空腹抽取肘静脉血 4mL ,(抗凝 )测定血小板集聚率。对照组为 32例牙周组织健康者。结果 :牙周炎组的血小板集聚率高于牙周组织健康者 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :牙周炎患者的血小板集聚性增强。
AIM:To know the functional condition of platelet of patients with periodontitis.METHODS:The platelet aggregation rate of 32 patients with median or severe adult periodontitis and of another 32 with normal periodontal tissues were measured.RESULTS: The platelet aggregation rate of patients with periodontitis was significantly higher than that of normal persons (P<0.05～0.01).CONCLUSION:The platelet aggregation of patients with periodontitis is higher.
