全银汞合金根管钉核修复后牙残根残冠

All amalgam post core repair the residual root and residual crown of the posterior tooth

目的 :观察全银汞合金根管钉核修复后牙残根冠的远期疗效 ;方法 :完善的根管治疗术和根管预备后 ,以新鲜调制的银汞合金逐层严密填入根管并恢复牙冠外形 ,观察 3～ 5年疗效 ;结果 :6 2例 85个患牙 ,成功率 83%;结论 :全银汞合金根管钉核修复后牙残根残冠 ,可能是一种较好的修复方式 ,可在临床推广使用。

AIM:To observe the late result of all amalgam post core repair the residual root and residual crown of the posterior tooth.METHODS:After completely root-canal therapy and root-canal preparation,using fresh mixed amalgam fill into root-canal and repair the contour of the dental crown.Observe the effectiveness after 3～5 years. RESULTS: 62 patients 85 teeth,the success rate was 83%.CONCLUSION:All amalgam post core repair the residual root and residual crown of the posterior tooth may be a better repair method,should be widely used for the clinical.
