光敏树脂美容修复对牙周组织的影响

Effects on health of periodontium after the restoration of teeth with resin

目的 :观察光敏树脂修复后对牙周组织健康的影响。方法 :对 30例 475个牙齿作贴面美容修复 ,术前记录牙齿的牙周指数 ,与术后 3月、半年复查结果进行对照分析。结果 :牙周三项指数术前与术后 3月 ,半年比较均存在差异。结论 :作牙齿贴面美容修复后 ,必须定期作牙周组织健康护理 ,才能维持牙周组织的健康 ,保持牙齿美容。

AIM:To observe the effects on periodontium health after the restoration of teeth with resin.METHODS:475 teeth of 30 patients were observed and the periodontal indexes prior to the treatment were analyzed by comparison with the result of examination three and six months respectively after the treatment.RESULTS:The three periodontal index differed distinctively from those after the treatment.CONLUSION:It is necessary for the teeth which have been covered with resin to be regularly tended and protected for periodontium health so as to keep periodontic tissues healthy and maintain teeth good-looking.
