术前训练在白内障超声乳化手术病人中的应用

Effects of Pre-surgical Training in Patients With Cataract Undergoing Ultraemulsifying Operation

目的 :探讨术前训练在白内障超声乳化手术病人中的护理效果。方法 :将观察病例分为术前训练组及对照组。对照组采用常规的围手术期护理 ,术前训练组除给予围手术期护理外 ,同时行术前训练(固视训练、减震训练、减压训练 )。观察两组病人术后视力及术中、术后并发症的发生率。结果 :两组手术后第 1天及 1周视力比较无统计学意义 ,观察组术中、术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :积极的术前训练可降低白内障超声乳化手术病人术中。

Objective: to probe into nursing effect of pre-surgical training in cataract patients undergoing ultraemulsifying operation. Methods: all patients were divided into both test and control group. Patients of control group were given peri-operative care as routine. Patients of test group were got pre-surgical training (including training on fixation, dampening, and decompression) besides the routine peri-operative care. Indexes including postoperative vision, the incidence of complications during and after the operation of all patients was observed. Results: there was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of their vision on the first day and at the first week after operation. However, in terms of the incidence of complication during and after their operation, patients of test group were less than that of patients in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: to carry out pre-surgical training actively for cataract patients may decrease the incidence of ongoing and postoperative complications of patients who were undergoing ultraemulsifying operation.
