摘要 目的 :探讨 α-平滑肌肌动蛋白 ( α- SMA)在新生血管的结合部位标记周细胞的可行性。方法 :对乳腺癌组织进行免疫组织化学染色 ,并应用普通电镜及免疫电镜方法 ,观察α- SMA在乳腺癌间质新生血管周细胞内的表达情况 ,同时以 7例肉芽组织作为对照。结果 :免疫组织化学染色及超微结构观察发现α- SMA在新生血管壁细胞上有表达 ,进一步免疫电镜证实此种α- SMA表达阳性细胞为周细胞。结论 :α- Objective:To explore the possibility of α SMA as a new marker of pericyte. Methods:Immunohistochemical technique, common electron microscope and immunohistochemical method at electron microscopic levels were used to detect the expression of α SMA in pericytes of 7 granulation tissues and 100 cases of breast cancer. Results:From the observation of immunohistochemical technique and common electron microscope, α SMA expressed in the cells located in dissepiment of angiogenesis, the further study showed these cells were pericytes. Conclusion:α SMA can be as a new marker of pericyte. [
