摘要
目的 :探讨脊髓缺血再灌注损伤后细胞死亡方式。方法 :制作脊髓缺血再灌注损伤模型后 ,采用电镜和荧光染色方法检测脊髓神经细胞的死亡方式。结果 :电镜观察发现脊髓缺血再灌注损伤 4h后各个时间点均可检测到凋亡细胞。在荧光显微镜下缺血再灌注 4h后各时间点均可见到凋亡及坏死的神经细胞 ,其中以凋亡细胞为主 ,再灌注 2 4 h最多。结论
Objective: To explore the death pattern of rat spinal nerve cells after I/R injury. Methods: After the rat model of ischemical reperfusion (I/R) injury was set up, the death pattern of rat meirpms was detected under the electron microscopy and fluorescence staining. Results:The apoptosis cells were observed in the experimental groups which were reperfused over 4 h after I/R injury under electron microscope. Both the apoptosis cells and necrosis cells were observed in the experimental groups which were reperfused over 4 h after I/R injury under fluorescence microscope, but the most death cells were apoptosis cells, and the apoptosis cells reached peak at 24 h after reperfusion. Conclusion: Apoptosis is the main death pattern in spinal cord I/R injury. [
