摘要
目的 :探讨中波紫外线 ( UV- B)照射延长同种皮肤移植存活机制。方法 :雄性 BALB/c小鼠为受体 ,C57BL/6J小鼠为供体 ,建立同种皮肤移植模型 ,观察 UV- B照射同种皮肤移植存活时间 ;采用 3 H- Td R掺入法和流式细胞仪 ( FACS)来检测受体胸腺淋巴细胞增殖反应和脾脏 T细胞亚群变化。结果 :与对照组相比 ,UV- B照射组同种皮肤移植存活时间明显延长 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;淋巴细胞增殖反应出现延迟 ,CD4+ 和 CD8+ 细胞增高也延迟。结论 :UV- B照射可能通过抑制移植皮肤内抗原递呈细胞 ( APC)的活性 ,使辅助性 T淋巴细胞 ( TH)活化受到抑制 ,从而阻断直接致敏途径 ,使皮肤移植存活时间延长。
Objective:To study on the mechanism of prolonging the living time of allogenic skin transplantation with ultraviolet B radiation. Methods:The allogenic skin transplantation model was established, with male BALB/c mice as recipient and male C 57 BL/6J mice as donors, record the surviving time of allogenic skin transplant with and without ultraviolet B radiation were recorded. The thymocyte proliferation and T cell subgroup variation were analyzed by 3H TdR medley and FACS. Results:The surviving time of allogenic skin transplantation with ultraviolet B radiation was longer than that of the control group( P <0.01). Both the thymocyte proliferation and CD4 +,CD8 + subgroup proliferation were delayed. Conclusions:Ultraviolet B radiation may block the immediate allergy pathway by inhibiting activity of APC in the allogenic skin transplantation and consequently preventing TH cells activation. [
