摘要 目的 :探讨白血病抑制因子 ( LIF)在子宫内膜的表达与原发不孕症的关系。方法 :采用逆转录聚合酶链反应 ( RT- PCR)技术 ,检测 30例原发不孕症患者 (观察组 )和 2 0例对照组患者分泌中晚期子宫内膜 LIF m RNA的表达。结果 :对照组患者分泌中晚期子宫内膜 LIF m RNA的表达水平为 1 .872± 0 .431 ,观察组为 0 .42 6± 0 .1 0 8,两组相比 ,差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :LIF表达的减少或缺失 。 Objective:To investigate the expression of leukaemia inhibitory factor (LIF) in endometrial of patients with unexplained infertility. Methods:By a quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR),the expression of LIF in endometrium during mid luteal phase in 30 cases infertility group (unexplained infertility) and 20 cases control group was detected. Results:The level of LIF mRNA expression on endometrium during mid luteal phase in infertility group was 0.426±0.108,significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion:The decreased expression of LIF may be one of the major causes of unexplained infertility. [
