摘要 白细胞介素 1 8( IL- 1 8)是近年发现的重要的免疫调节因子 ,具有诱生 IFN- γ、增强 NK和CTL细胞活性、促进 T细胞增殖活化、增强 Fas介导的细胞毒作用等多种生物学功能 ,是一种应用前景较好的抗肿瘤细胞因子。本文作者主要对其分子特征、信号传导。
