摘要 大肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤 ,对于手术后及失去手术机会或转移性大肠癌患者均应该应用化疗、放疗等综合治疗。但化疗的最大障碍是肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性 ,特别是大肠癌细胞的多药耐药 ( MDR)原发性高表达及继发性高表达 ,使得大肠癌细胞的多药耐药性明显高于其它肿瘤 ,使化疗的效果明显低于其它肿瘤 ,蛋白激酶 ( PKC)活性增强在 MDR发生中起着关键作用 ,PKC可能通过 MDRl基因和 P-糖蛋白 ( P- gp)发生作用。大肠癌 MDR呈现多机制 ,可能同时存在谷胱甘肽 - S转移酶 ( GST)、拓扑异构酶 ( TOPO )、多药耐药相关蛋白基因 ( MRP)等机制 。
