反相高效液相色谱法测定茵栀黄口服液中栀子苷的含量

Content Determination of Geniposide in Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid by RP HPLC

目的 :测定茵栀黄口服液中栀子苷的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,C18 ODS柱为色谱柱 ,甲醇 水 (2 0∶80 )为流动相 ,流速为 1.0ml/min ,检测波长 :2 30nm。结果 :线性范围为0 .6 2 2 8～ 1.5 5 7μg/ml(r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .15 % ,RSD为 1.6 3% (n =5 )。结论 :本法操作简便 。

Objective:To determine the content of geniposide in Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid.Method:The reversed phase high performance liquid chromatograpy(RP HPLC) system consisted of C 18 ODS column,phase of methanol water(20∶80),with 1.0 ml/min of flow rate,detection wavelength at 230 nm.Result:The linear range was 0.622 8～1.557 μg/ml(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 100.15%, RSD=1.63%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is convenient,precise and reliable.
