摘要
目的 :建立HPLC法测定中药红芪中毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素含量的方法。方法 :采用KromasilC18柱 ,甲醇 水为流动相 (梯度洗脱 ) ,流速为 1 0ml/min ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素的线性范围分别为2 35 0× 10 3 ~ 4 70 0× 10 2 μg、2 32 5× 10 3 ~ 4 6 5 0× 10 2 μg ,平均回收率分别为 98 34%、96 5 3% ,RSD分别为 2 0 0 %、1 6 3%。结论 :该方法简便、可靠、准确 ,具有一定的实用性。
Objective:To establish a method of RP-HPLC for the determination of formonontin and calycasin from Radix Hedysari.Methods:High-performance-liquid-chromatography (HPLC) on a Kromasil ODS column (5 μm,4.6mm×250 mm) with water-methanol gradient elution,at column temperature of 25℃, flow-rate of 1.0ml/min and wavelength at 254nm. Result:Linear ranges of formonontin and calycasin were 2.325×10 -3~4.650×10 -2μg and 2.350×10 -3~4.700×10 -2μg respectively.The average recoveries were 96.53% and 98.34% respectively,and relative standard deviations were 1.63% and 2.00%.Conclusion:The method was simple,reliable,accurate and practical.
