摘要
为实现上海合流污水治理工程一期污水箱涵的带压不断水割接,并保留其双孔单独接通功能。分别在上、下游的一整节箱涵上建造分仓高位井及对应的改接箱涵,然后在运行配合稳流措施下,在高位井分仓内分步进行水下切割、水下钢闸临时封堵及永久封堵;再采用特制钢骨架压力盖板进行分仓水下封盖,最后割除突出地面井壁恢复原地坪。建立了一整套超大断面双孔压力输送污水箱涵不断水割接施工方法,可直接指导合流一期污水箱涵改排工程施工,也为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
To realize the cut-over of double cell sewage box culvert(the first-phase of Shanghai sewerage project) under continuous pressure flow and maintain the double-cell separate connection function, enclosed head tanks and corresponding joints were firstly built on whole culvert sections, located at upper stream and down stream respectively. Then under the steady operation and flow condition, the underwater cut-over inside the head tanks was performed and the steel gate was plugged temporary or permanently step by step, and then the special steel skeleton pressure cover plate were used to seal the boxculvert. Lastly the exposed wall of head tanks was cut off and the floor was restore. In this paper, a set of cut-over methodology for large section double cell sewage box culvert under continuous pressure flow was put forward. The method can be used to guide the project of Shanghai sewerage pipeline relocation and also provide reference for similar projects in the future.
