内胀环接缝修复技术在排水管道修复中的应用

摘要 为了保障城市排水系统的正常运营,对排水管道不同损坏情况下采取快速有效的针对性修复措施是关键。城市排水管道由于周边环境复杂,往往没有明挖修复的条件。因此,城市排水管道根据不同的损坏情况一般采用不同的非开挖方式对管道进行修复。本文以上海市中山南二路292地块污水管道抢修工程为例,介绍了内胀环接缝修复技术的工艺原理、工艺特点及适用范围,总结了施工经验,并推导了初始扩胀力F的确定方法,最后给出一些结论以供类似工程参考借鉴。 Repairing drainage pipeline under different damage conditions quickly and effectively is the key measure which would ensure the urban drainage systems smooth operation. Because of the complicated surrounding environment, excavation is rarely possible. Therefore, depended on the different damage conditions, urban drainage pipelines were generally repaired by different non-excavation repair methods. Taking the sewage pipeline repair project located at 292 block Zhongshan South 2 nd Road in Shanghai as an example, this paper introduced the principle, process characteristic and the application scopes of the deformation joint repairing technology with internal expanding ring. The construction experience was summarized and the initial expansion force F is derived. Finally, some conclusions were given which would be referenced by similar engineering.
