摘要
以某ZL114A减速器下箱体为例,设计其浇注系统,并实现铸件和浇注系统的三维实体造型,然后对其充型和凝固过程进行了数值模拟。通过不同的判据对模拟结果和铸件质量进行分析,判断其充型和凝固过程的优劣、缺陷位置,并对浇注系统进行优化,最终完善了浇注系统的设计。
Gating system of ZL114Alower case of reducer was designed,and the three-dimensional modeling of the casting and gating system was established.The filling and solidification processes of the casting were simulated.Based on the different criterions,the simulation results of the castings were analyzed.The quality of the filling and solidification processes was evaluated,and the positions of defects were visualized.Then the gating system was optimized.
