三维振动对半固态Al-9Si-Mg组织的影响

Effects of Three-Dimensional Vibration Parameters on Microstructures of Semi-Solid Al-9Si-Mg Alloy

摘要 将三维振动技术应用于半固态合金制备中。在自制的倾斜冷却装置内安放扰流柱,制备半固态Al-9Si-Mg合金水淬试样,用定量分析技术分析试样组织,研究了Z方向振动、YZ方向振动和XYZ方向振动时,振动频率对半固态Al-9Si-Mg合金组织的影响。结果表明,在Z、YZ和XYZ方向振动时,随着振动频率的增加,晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,晶粒形状趋于圆整;在振动频率为30Hz时,无论是在Z、YZ和XYZ方向振动时,微观组织中都存在少量枝晶,随着振动频率的增加,枝晶消失;XYZ方向同时振动、振动频率为50Hz时,得到的组织晶粒最细小,其晶粒尺寸为6.58μm,形状因子为0.59。 The three-dimensional vibration technology used for making semi-solid alloy slurry was presented.Influences of vibration frequency in Z,XYand XYZdirection on the structures of water quenched Al-9Si-Mg alloy specimen were investigated by quantitative analytic technique through the disturbing pillars installed in a self-designed sloping board.The results indicate that at the Z,XYand XYZvibration direction,with the increase of the vibration frequency,the grain size is decreased gradually with the spheroidization of the grain shape.When the vibration frequency is 30Hz,there exists a small amount of dendrite in microstructure regardless of Z,XYand XYZvibration direction,and with the increase of vibration frequency,the dendrite disappears gradually.With the vibration directions of XYZand the frequency of 50Hz,a fine grain structure can be observed,in which the grain size reaches 6.58μm with0.59of shape factor.
