摘要 搭建了一个简易的超声清洗系统,对SiCp进行了7种预处理工艺试验,得出SiCp经超声清洗处理、高温焙烧氧化、预热保温是较优的预处理工艺。结果表明,超声的超高温、高压可以清洗掉颗粒表面的微细粉末;高温焙烧促进反应性润湿的发生;保温避免二次吸附。因表面颗粒吸附等原因,仅通过高温焙烧不能改善颗粒与熔体的润湿。超声清洗60min后SiCp表面已基本无小颗粒吸附。 A simple and easily used ultrasonic cleaning system was designed,and seven kinds of pre-treatment on SiC particles were performed.It is found that an optimized pretreatment process is as follows:ultrasonic cleaning,baking oxidation at high temperature and pre-heating.Micro-fine powder on the SiC particles can be cleaned off at 1000℃after ultrasonic cleaning process,and high temperature baking can promote the reactive wettability.Holding temperature can avoid the occurrence of second absorption.As a result of surface absorption,wettability of particle with the melt can not be improved only by high temperature baking.Absence of small and fine particles can be observed in absorption of the SiC particle after ultrasonic clean for 60min.
