摘要
基于FDM技术和PLA丝材的金属工艺品快速熔模铸造工艺制备了铝质大力神杯。制定了以逆向工程、3D打印与传统熔模铸造相结合的金属工艺品快速生产工艺路线,分析了FDM技术及PLA丝材在模型制备工艺环节中的技术特点。并通过生产验证了工艺设计的可行性和合理性,确定了制模、制壳、脱蜡、浇注等环节的关键工艺参数。结果表明,所提出的技术方案可操作性强、工艺环节少、生产周期短、制造成本低、环保节能。
Taking the manufacturing of an aluminium FIFA World Cup as an example,the rapid investment casting process of metal crafts based on FDM technology and PLA wire was described.A rapid investment casting process route for metal crafts combining with reverse engineering,3 Dprinting and traditional investment casting was established.The technical characteristics of FDM technology and PLA wire in model preparation were analyzed.The feasibility and rationality of process design were verified by production practice,and the key process parameters of main process procedures such as pattern making,shell making,dewaxing and pouring,were determined.The results reveal that the proposed technical scheme has strong operability,less process procedures,short production cycle,low manufacturing cost,environmental protection and energy saving.
