励磁电流-凝固压力协同对真空差压铸造ZL205A合金晶粒尺寸的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Excitation Current-solidification Pressure Synergistic Field on Grain Size of Vacuum Differential Pressure Casting ZL205A Alloy

摘要 通过测试交变磁场-凝固压力协同场下ZL205A合金晶粒尺寸,研究交变磁场-凝固压力协同场对ZL205A合金晶粒尺寸的影响机理。结果表明,在凝固压力不变的情况下,随着励磁电流强度增加,ZL205A合金试样的平均晶粒尺寸先增大后减小;随着凝固压力增大,当励磁电流强度小于10A时,交变磁场-凝固压力的协同作用将促进合金晶粒长大;而当励磁电流大于10A时,交变磁场-凝固压力的协同作用将抑制晶粒长大。 The effects of alternating magnetic field-solidification pressure on the grain size of ZL205 Aalloy were investigated by observing the grain size in ZL205 Aalloy under the interaction field of alternating magnetic field and solidification pressure.The results reveal that the average grain size of ZL205 Aalloy sample is increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of excitation current intensity.With the increase of solidification pressure,when the excitation current intensity is less than 10 A,the synergistic effect of the variable magnetic field-solidification pressure can promote the grain growth in the alloy,and the average grain size will be coarsened.When the excitation current is more than 10 A,the synergistic effect of the alternating magnetic field-solidification pressure will inhibit grain growth and average grain size is refined.
